Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Stock Status

Swift Performance will make every effort to get your products out the door within 24 hours, usually much quicker. Please bear in mind, things do happen. Inaccurate inventory, damaged goods, etc.. can all cause delays. We try to keep our inventory accurate, and get your products to you. Please keep an eye on your account information. As your order flows through the system, updates will be made, right up to the point where the tracking number is inserted and your product is on the way.

Any Special Order/ No-Return items must be paid in full, before our order to the suppliers is made. This is non-refundable. If it's special order, it's because we can't keep the parts in stock at our shop, and we can't be stuck with them because you changed your mind. This is a rare occasion, but it does happen.

Returns, Exchanges and Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your purchase on SwiftPerformanceAutomotive.com We will accept returns for unused products for a period of 30 days after purchase. Items must be unused, unopened, all packaging intact, all parts, manuals, pieces accounted for and the packaging must be in a presentable condition.

Product Warranty

We will offer you only the best products that we can find in the automotive aftermarket. Many of these manufacturers offer warranty's and we will assist you with any warranty claims. In most cases, we do not handle the actual warranty process, but will gladly help you with contacting the manufacturer, providing you with any additional information, just ask. Many parts that we sell are intended for racing. These parts, while of the best possible quality, are not warrantied. Buy it, Build it, race it, break it, repeat, get good and you get sponsors and you'll not have to buy over and over, until then, it's your dime.


We make every attempt to properly package your products prior to shipment. Sometimes we use other warehouses to ship your products so that you may get your stuff quicker and we can't be on site to check the packaging. Sometimes, the shipping companies simply damage the products. We need to know about any missing, damaged items within 24 hours of receipt. If the package is damaged in shipping, we need photographic proof so that we may submit a claim, and you will need to keep all merchandise, packaging, and broken products until the shipping company completes their investigation
